1. Scope

These terms apply to all contracts between Fly Business GmbH (hereinafter “FlyBusiness”) and its clients, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Conclusion of contract

Offers by FlyBusiness are non-binding. A contract is concluded by written order confirmation or by the start of service provision.

3. Services

The nature and scope of services follow from the respective agreement. FlyBusiness provides the services with the care of a diligent service provider and may involve qualified third parties.

4. Prices & payment

The contractually agreed prices apply. Invoices are payable within 30 days of the invoice date without deduction, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Liability

FlyBusiness is liable for direct damage demonstrably caused by gross negligence or intent. Liability for indirect damage and lost profit is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

6. Final provisions

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Fly Business GmbH, to the extent permitted by law. Should individual provisions be invalid, the remainder of the contract remains in force.
